To be fair it might be an issue with the file itself. The installer altered all video file associations, replacing thumbnails with the company logo. For a trial product limited to 10 uses, this is cheeky. It also installed a plugin for Firefox without permission. When I uninstalled the product, the thumbnails were still missing necessitating a system restore to fix the wondershare free download full version.
